Do you use certified timber?
Yes – because we really care! all of the board we use is FSC certified. The FSC certification is considered the gold standard designation for wood harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.
What kind of materials are used?
All of the board we use for the MMW Home furniture is New Zealand made. We use a combination of Melteca and Birch ply HPL (high pressure laminate). We use low VOC Paints.
Do you make to order?
MMW Home make the products on the website to order, some core products are in stock awaiting your colour choice! If you have something in particular in mind, get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to create what you were looking for.
What is the design process?
Get in touch – ask us and we will tell you – we basically let you know how much it costs to design an item from the outset – this is offset against your order when you proceed – unfortunately given it’s a time consuming and sadly often copied we charge for bespoke drawings if we don’t receive an order within 12 weeks. We have a bespoke commissioning letter, which we can send to you for further details.
What is the lead time?
The time of production for any of our items is dependent on the item and on the current schedule of our factory. If you get in contact with us at email@example.com we should be able to give you an approximate lead time for your item.
Do you have items which are available for immediate purchase?
All items are made to order, we do not stock any pieces.
The item I’m looking for is not online, where can I find it?
All the items online are from the current collection. If you are looking for an item which was from a previous collection, get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make this for you.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Please try to check your online order carefully before submitting it to us. Unfortunately our website cannot add, remove or cancel individual items or an entire order once you have placed the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be able to help you.
How can I change the contact details on an order that has already been placed?
To update any of your contact details against a recent order made, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and any details you entered when making the order. We will do our best making the changes for you, this however is dependent on the status of your order. Once the item has left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot change the address or delivery date.
Where can I find more product information?
The information of our products are on the website, on the page associated with the image of the product. If there are any further details you need which are not on our website, contact email@example.com and we will answer any questions you may have.
Can I stock MMW Home products in my store?
At this stage we currently do not hold stock with other stores as we are a bespoke furniture company.
What methods of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa Debit and bank transfer online.
Do you require a deposit?
We require full payment when purchasing.
Is financing available?
We do not offer financing at this point.
Can I pick up my furniture?
Yes you can. If you do not wish to get the items delivered. Email us order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a pick-up time at our warehouse.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere within New Zealand. Our pricing is on our Delivery and Returns page. If you live rural, extra charges may apply. If you have any further questions contact email@example.com and we will help in any way we can.
I have not received my order yet, how do I track my shipment?
We use professional furniture movers to deliver our goods. If you wish to get an update on your order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can you remove my old furniture?
We do not move or remove any of your current furniture from your home. Customers are required to have the space needed when the items from MMW Home arrive at your home.
